This was day nineteen, a random little embroidery / basket hybrid. Then I took a Friday off. Too much life going on. Then day 21 was a drawing. Not loads but it is SOMETHING, and for that I’m happy.

Couldn’t face / didn’t have time to do stitching today… but I sorted things out and played a bit and grouped things together and tidied my desk and generally stopped ignoring things. I even made a list of new samples I want to try AND samples I need to finish – or maybe adapt.

A small little ink thing. How to make my black BLACK though? Not (slightly insipid) grey. I think I’ll stitch on him.

Had a weekend off. But saw these lovely strange little plant things and they inspired this textile. PS. I need to get an iron out once in a while.
